Welcome to Screen Time Enforcer, owned and operated by RSG Global Merchandise (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Screen Time Enforcer mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Screen Time Enforcer is designed for parents and guardians to monitor, manage, and guide their children’s device usage responsibly.
The App provides tools such as screen time monitoring, app blocking, location tracking, and activity reports to promote healthy digital habits and ensure child safety online and offline.

The App is not intended for use by children without parental supervision.

2. Eligibility

To use Screen Time Enforcer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);

• Be the parent or legal guardian of the child whose device you are monitoring; and

• Agree to use the App only for lawful and ethical purposes consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to use the App to monitor, track, or collect data from anyone without their knowledge and consent, where it's required by law.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you will need to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious or unauthorized activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful surveillance or to violate anyone’s privacy rights;

• Access, collect, or use data from any device or person without proper authorization;

• Reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or tamper with the App’s source code;

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the App; or

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

We take misuse of the App seriously and may cooperate with law enforcement in investigating violations.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using Screen Time Enforcer, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payments (if applicable)

Some features of Screen Time Enforcer may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play.

• Auto-Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device’s app store settings.

• Refunds: Refund requests must comply with the refund policies of the respective app marketplace.

If your app currently offers free access, this section can be updated when premium features are introduced.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and features within Screen Time Enforcer are the exclusive property of RSG Global Merchandise or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, lawful parental monitoring purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission from RSG Global Merchandise.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We make no warranty that the App will meet your expectations or function perfectly on all devices or operating systems.

• RSG Global Merchandise is not responsible for any loss of data, device issues, or damages resulting from misuse or technical errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSG Global Merchandise and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Loss of profits, data, or reputation;

• Damages arising from your inability to use or access the App.

If you are dissatisfied with the App, your sole remedy is to discontinue its use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms;

• We discontinue the App; or

• Required by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted in the App or on our website, and the revised Terms take effect upon posting.
Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
